Stephens Group has promoted Lindsey Joseph from vice president to principal on its value creation team. Joseph will continue advising the firm's portfolio companies on improving operational performance, drawing on expertise across strategy, pricing, supply chain, data analytics, operations, and change management. She works closely with portfolio company leadership on value creation initiatives across the firm's investments.

Joseph joined Stephens Group in 2022 as a senior associate on the value creation team and was promoted to vice president in 2023. Before that, she spent seven years as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, Accenture Strategy and Kurt Salmon, serving Fortune 500 clients in retail and consumer, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Her time at BCG included a rotation in its Principal Investors and Private Equity practice.

Joseph holds a bachelor's degree in operations research engineering from Cornell University, a master's in computer science from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Stephens Group is backed by the Witt Stephens Jr and Elizabeth Campbell families and has more than $2.5 billion of private equity assets under management. Since 2006, the firm has invested in nearly 60 companies across the US, targeting industrial and commercial products and services, specialty distribution, and vertical software.
