We attended vivo's X500 series unveiling in Shanghai, China, where the company arranged photo opportunities around the city. With the vivo X500 Pro Max in hand, we captured samples showcasing its impressive triple camera system.

The vivo X500 Pro Max features a 50MP 1/1.28-inch main sensor with LOFIC technology behind a 24mm f/1.6 stabilized lens, a 200MP 1/1.4-inch sensor with an 85mm f/2.7 zoom lens, and a 50MP 1/2.75-inch ultrawide sensor with a 15mm f/2.0 lens. This setup rivals the vivo X300 Ultra, though the Ultra holds an edge in main and ultrawide performance.

We sorted the photos by camera, starting with the main 24mm camera samples, followed by ultrawide shots, and concluding with telephoto images taken at 85mm with some digital zoom and teleconverter lens usage. We also unboxed the vivo X500 Pro Max alongside its Creator Kit.
