The UFC will spend approximately $60 million on a landmark event at the White House scheduled for June 14, celebrating America's 250th anniversary of independence. TKO Group Holdings president Mark Shapiro confirmed the promotion will not profit from the show, describing it as a long-term investment in earned media.

The unprecedented event was announced by President Donald Trump last year and has been confirmed by UFC president Dana White. Shapiro revealed the promotion is working with corporate partners to offset about half the cost, approximately $30 million. The show represents a significant financial commitment from the UFC's parent company.

While the UFC has not released full event details, White expects around 5,000 spectators on the White House South Lawn and an additional 80,000 fans at the nearby Ellipse park. Trump, who maintains a close friendship with White, has promised the fights will be the 'biggest they've ever had,' though no bouts have been officially confirmed. Several high-profile fighters including Jon Jones and Conor McGregor have expressed interest in competing on the historic card.
