Jacques Jeffries and Shawna Pendry have secured the final spots on Team GB's 53-member squad for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. The biathletes will make their Olympic debuts in Italy, marking the nation's return to the discipline after a four-year absence. The selected team is larger than the 50-person party sent to Beijing in 2022.

Chef de mission Eve Muirhead welcomed the pair, calling it a testament to their hard work. With selections now complete, the squad is focused on the final preparations. UK Sport has set a target of four to eight medals, aiming to improve on the two-medal haul from Beijing 2022.

Medal hopes include snowboard world champions Mia Brookes and Charlotte Bankes, and freestyle skier Zoe Atkin. The team will look to surpass the nation's best haul of five medals, achieved at Sochi 2014 and Pyeongchang 2018. The Games run from February 6-22.
