British triathlete Georgia Taylor-Brown claimed her first T100 tour victory in Pamplona, Spain. The 32-year-old former world champion moved from fifth after the 2km swim to third after the 80km bike stage before dominating the 18km run. This performance elevates Taylor-Brown to second place in the T100 Race To Qatar standings, trailing only Switzerland's Imogen Simmonds.

Taylor-Brown edged Swiss Olympic silver medallist Julie Derron for the win, with American Taylor Spivey finishing third. Fellow Britons Holly Lawrence and Lizzie Rayner secured fourth and sixth places, showcasing the country's depth in triathlon. The defending women's T100 champion, Britain's Kate Waugh, missed the event due to a calf injury.

"I was trying to be quite smart with my racing on the bike because it was hot," Taylor-Brown explained. "I've been feeling good in training and just strong and happy and in a really good place." The victory comes as Taylor-Brown adjusts to a new coaching setup, with the next women's T100 event scheduled for Vancouver in August and the championship final in Qatar this December.
