Her 140 ODI and 109 T20 appearances bookended a journey from amateur ranks to the professional era's vanguard.

Beaumont's peak arrived at the 2017 World Cup, where she earned player-of-the-tournament honors as England lifted the trophy at Lord's. Six years later she became the first English woman to notch a Test double-century, compiling 208 against Australia at Trent Bridge during the 2023 Ashes. A central contract holder since 2014, she anchored the top order after her 2016 promotion to opener before form and selection fluctuations saw her omitted from this summer's T20 World Cup and the ODI series versus New Zealand.

She will continue domestically for The Blaze and Birmingham Phoenix in The Hundred.
