Scarlets thrashed Zebre 36-17 in a United Rugby Championship basement battle at Parc y Scarlets. The Welsh side, bolstered by the return of six Wales internationals, exploded out of the blocks with a try inside the opening minute. Archie Hughes and Tom Rogers led the charge as Scarlets ran in six tries against a lacklustre Italian outfit.

Scarlets' bonus point arrived before halftime through relentless pressure, with Holz, Leggatt-Jones and Mee crossing in the first half alone. Zebre showed brief resistance after the break, twice crossing the tryline only to be held up, including a heroic effort from skipper Josh Macleod. The visitors' pack finally found joy through Gesi and Odiase, but defensive lapses proved costly.
