Ryan Woodman has emerged as a key figure for the Dragons after making his senior debut against Pau in December 2022. The 6ft 5ins forward has featured in 13 of 16 games this season, building on his 18 appearances from last year. Coach Dai Tiatia has tipped Woodman as a future Dragons captain.

'My main goal for the season was to be more of a physical presence,' Woodman said. 'I want to be a big six.'
