One-Day Cup: Lammonby ton leads Somerset, Leics & Middlesex top

At Taunton, Lammonby (114) and Goldsworthy (83) blitzed 152 for the second wicket to set up Somerset's 188-run victory over Surrey, posting 368-9 before bowling out the visitors for 180. Leicestershire sealed a three-wicket win over Warwickshire at Grace Road, recovering from 43-4 thanks to Nick Kelly's unbeaten 86. Middlesex stayed top with a brilliant chase of 303 against Durham, Joe Cracknell (84) and Ben Geddes (77) key in a five-wicket win with three balls to spare.

Nottinghamshire chased down Northamptonshire's 259-8 with a six-wicket victory, Freddie McCann hitting 91 and Lyndon James 45 not out. Lancashire kept hopes alive with a four-wicket win over Gloucestershire at Old Trafford; Cameron Bancroft fell two short of a century for Gloucestershire, but George Balderson (56 not out) and Arav Shetty (36 not out) saw Lancashire home. Yorkshire all-but sealed progress from Group B with a five-wicket win over Derbyshire, Sam Whiteman (94) and James Wharton (75) leading the chase.

Essex edged a thriller by three runs against Glamorgan, Robin Benkenstein smashing 140, but Timm van der Gugten's unbeaten 118 nearly pulled Glamorgan through. Worcestershire Rapids chased down Sussex's 333-9, captain Jake Libby finishing on 109 not out as they won with 10 balls to spare.
