Rennie highlighted the group's vast proven experience, stating they are 'world-class in their specialist fields'. Blair joins Tana Umaga as defence coach, with Jason Ryan continuing as forwards coach and Neil Barnes as senior assistant. Phil Healey takes the new role of head of performance, while Tamati Ellison becomes Maori All Blacks head coach. Rennie emphasized the team's track record: 'Each has a record of getting the best out of the players.' All appointees will finish their current commitments before moving to New Zealand.
