The British Grand Prix will remain on the MotoGP World Championship calendar until at least 2028 as Silverstone extends its partnership with MotoGP.

Silverstone also hosts Formula 1 and the European Le Mans Series, and will return to the FIA World Endurance Championship schedule in 2027. "This extension underscores our commitment to two-wheel racing," said CEO of Silverstone, Stuart Pringle. "This renewed partnership secures our place as the undisputed home of elite international racing."

Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of Moto GP Group, added: "The UK has a rich motorcycle racing heritage and remains one of the most important markets for Moto GP." Silverstone provides a fantastic stage for Moto GP, 11 different winners in the last 11 Grands Prix hosted at the circuit is a testament to the quality, competitiveness and unpredictability of racing at the circuit.
