Hull City's £10m bid for Vipotnik 'pathetic' – Robinson

Former Swansea City forward Andy Robinson says Hull City's bid of approximately £10m for striker Zan Vipotnik falls well short of his true worth.

Vipotnik started his side's 2‑1 win at Stoke City on Saturday and claimed an assist for Joseph Opoku's 22nd‑minute equaliser at bet365 Stadium. He was replaced in the 65th minute by match‑winner Adam Idah, who netted with his first touch after coming off the bench to clinch all three points for Vitor Matos' men.

Regardless of whether or not Vipotnik remains at the club beyond the summer transfer deadline, Robinson believes Swansea City are in a strong position. "For Swansea City, we're hearing from behind the scenes that it's alright, it's quite rosy in terms of the financial situation," he added.

They've got Melker Widell, Moussa Yeo, and Ross Stewart on the books, offering options that could keep the striker at the club. Robinson says that a £10m offer is "pathetic" and that Vipotnik should stay and keep scoring goals.
