Huddersfield Giants ended a 12-match Super League losing streak with a dramatic 24-22 victory at York Knights, securing their first win since April 4 against the same opponents and the first under new head coach Jim Lenihan.

The Giants led 24-10 after Zac Woolford's try with 10 minutes remaining, but York rallied through veteran Jordan Thompson—marking his 400th career appearance—and Tom Inman to cut the deficit to two points. Huddersfield held firm for the final four minutes.
