Great Britain's Alfie Hewett advanced to his fifth consecutive Wimbledon wheelchair singles final with a hard-fought 6-7 (2-7) 6-0 6-3 victory over Argentina's Gustavo Fernandez. Hewett, the second seed, overcame a first-set tie-break loss to dominate the final two sets.

Hewett, a 10-time Grand Slam champion and the 2024 Wimbledon winner, will face Japan's Tokito Oda in the final. Oda defeated Hewett in last year's final and has been the dominant force in Grand Slam tennis, holding all four titles this year and the world No. 1 ranking.

In other wheelchair action, Hewett and doubles partner Gordon Reid will also compete in the doubles final against Oda and Fernandez. In the quad singles semifinals, Britain's Andy Lapthorne fell 6-1 6-1 to Sam Schroder, who advances to face Niels Vink in the final.
