Exeter Chiefs stormed to a 12-0 lead inside the opening ten minutes with tries from Campbell Ridl and Stephen Varney, but Harlequins roared back to win 41-24. Four second-half tries and a yellow card for Exeter's Bachuki Tchumbadze left the Chiefs reeling as Harlequins dismantled their play-off ambitions.

Exeter dominated the first period, capitalizing on strong build-up play from Harvey Skinner and Paul Brown-Bampoe. Len Ikitau and hooker Max Norey extended the lead before halftime. Harlequins pulled one back through Marcus Smith's conversion, but a Luke Northmore try just before the break suggested a rout was coming.

The second half belonged to Harlequins entirely. Cadan Murley, Jamie Benson, Will Porter, Alex Dombrandt, and Chandler Cunningham-South all crossed. Marcus Smith kicked Harlequins ahead on 68 minutes. Will Evans and Boris Wenger capped the comeback with late tries after Exeter's numerical disadvantage took its toll.

Harlequins move to second place in the Premiership with six wins. The 41-24 scoreline marked their biggest victory of the season and handed Exeter their first heavy defeat in weeks.
