France Shake Up Second Row for Italy Clash

France have made two changes to their second-row partnership for the Six Nations clash against Italy in Lille. Toulouse locks Thibaud Flament and Emmanuel Meafou replace Charles Ollivon and Mickael Guillard in the only alterations to the starting XV from their 54-12 victory over Wales.

Flament and Meafou, who came off the bench in the Principality Stadium win, will start Sunday's fixture (15:10 GMT kick-off) with Ollivon and Guillard named as replacements. Flament had missed France's opening win against Ireland due to a clash with his wife's fertility treatment. Meanwhile, Fabien Brau-Boirie, 20, who made his debut last week, retains his place in the centres.

Italy will welcome back France-born full-back Ange Capuozzo, returning from a fractured finger that kept him out of the first two matches. The Azzurri have won one and lost one so far, beating Scotland 18-15 before falling 20-13 to Ireland. France thrashed Italy 73-24 in Rome last year, though the teams drew 13-13 in Lille two years ago when Azzurri fly-half Paolo Garbisi missed a late penalty.
