Scotland face New Zealand at Murrayfield for the 34th time, seeking their first-ever win against the All Blacks. Jack Dempsey, now playing for Toshiba Brave Lupus in Japan, says the key is momentum and messaging. He notes Scotland can be the best team in the world for 20 minutes and the worst for another 20, highlighting the need for consistency.
Dempsey, who will earn his 50th Test cap, reflects on his career move to Japan, missing the Six Nations, and his gratitude for Glasgow Warriors resurrecting his career. He recalls Dave Rennie's tough love during his time with the Wallabies, which pushed him to Glasgow. Dempsey insists every win is hard-earned, especially against the All Blacks, and stresses the importance of making every phase difficult for the opposition.
