Happy birthday to the BBC Sport weekly quiz, which will be exactly one year old on Friday, 21 August 2025. Since its relaunch, the quiz has covered topics ranging from VAR drama to The Hundred and even a wild baseball catch.

The easiest quiz was set on 23 April, with 26% of users scoring full marks. The hardest quiz was set on 19 March, when only 4% of participants managed to get seven out of seven correct answers.

Ahead of the new Premier League season, BBC Sport has introduced two new quiz formats: Who am I? and Five in Five, with a third format coming soon. Fans are encouraged to try all the new quizzes.
