Saturday's National League South match between Folkestone Invicta and Truro City was abandoned before kick-off after Truro midfielder Yassine En-Neyah collapsed during the warm-up.
The 26-year-old was taken ill shortly before the game in Kent. He joined Truro City from Irish side Waterford in February 2023, having previously been on the books at Nottingham Forest. This season he has scored one goal in 11 appearances for the Cornish club.
In a statement, Truro said En-Neyah required medical assistance during the warm-up and was transferred to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford for further treatment. The club said it would provide a further update in due course.
Truro City were second in the table before this afternoon's fixtures, while Folkestone Invicta sat 15th.
