Andy Burke, Scott Allan and Ewan Murray look back at Thursday night's Euro ties featuring Hearts and Celtic in this episode of the Scottish Football Podcast on BBC Sounds. The discussion covers how both Scottish sides fared in their European fixtures and what the results mean for their campaigns.
The panel then turns its attention to the weekend's SPFL fixtures. The standout clash sees Celtic take on Hibs in a top-versus-bottom encounter, a match that the hosts expect to tell a clear story about the league's hierarchy.
Attention also falls on the chasing pack. The presenters ask whether Hearts can return to challenging the Glasgow sides, or whether Dundee will leapfrog them into third place in the table. Their analysis weighs recent form against the wider picture of the Premiership race.
The episode runs for 30 minutes and is broadcast on Radio Scotland. Listeners can catch the podcast for 29 days after its release, and it is available with the BBC Sounds app or through the BBC website for listeners outside the UK.
