Millwall and West Ham United meet competitively for the first time since February 2012 on Saturday at 12:30 BST at The Den. It is the 100th competitive meeting between the clubs.

Millwall supporter George Cole, 10 in 2012, told BBC Radio London: "In my prime years I've not been able to experience this fixture." He added: "It's important to play the game rather than the occasion."

West Ham boss Nuno Espirito Santo said: "All of us have experienced matches like this... It's not the noise, it's inside the pitch." West Ham top the Championship after a 6-0 win over Wrexham but lost 3-2 to Fulham in the Carabao Cup.

Millwall boss Alex Neil has 14 players unavailable. After a 2-2 draw at Middlesbrough, he said: "If you need motivation for this game, you shouldn't be playing football."
