The player stated there were no talks with Madrid and he was focused on Chelsea until after the World Cup.

However, his remarks, alongside those of defender Marc Cucurella hinting at a possible Barcelona return, have raised concerns. Rosenior attributed these comments to the team's difficult period, including a four-game losing streak and the 8-2 aggregate defeat to PSG in the Champions League. He emphasized the need for greater emotional stability within the group.

Cucurella clarified he is happy at Chelsea but would prefer to wait years before moving, while Rosenior believes Cucurella is fully committed.
