England have been drawn against Spain, Croatia and the Czech Republic in Group A3 of the 2026-27 Uefa Nations League. The Three Lions, who reached the Euro 2024 final last summer, will also face Wales in the group stage after both nations secured promotion to League A. Wales will compete alongside Portugal, Denmark and Norway in Group A4.

Scotland, set to appear at their first World Cup since 1998 this summer, will meet Switzerland, Slovenia and North Macedonia in League B. Northern Ireland have been drawn with Hungary, Ukraine and Georgia in Group B2, while the Republic of Ireland face Israel, Austria and Kosovo in Group B3. The Republic of Ireland have confirmed they will fulfill their fixtures against Israel despite previous calls to ban the team from European competitions.

The fifth edition of the Uefa Nations League will run from September 2026 to June 2027. Teams will play home and away matches against group opponents, with the top two from each League A group advancing to March 2027 quarter-finals. Group winners in Leagues B, C and D earn promotion, while bottom-placed teams face relegation. The competition also offers qualification pathways for the 2028 European Championships.
