Arsenal have been offered Christos Tzolis and are weighing up a potential deal for the 24-year-old Greek forward. Sporting director Andrea Berta is actively working on the transfer, while recruitment expert Maurizio Micheli scouted the player in Sweden last week. Manager Mikel Arteta appears to support the signing as the club seeks attacking reinforcements.

The Gunners have made a new attacker a summer priority and are also tracking Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers. Crystal Palace tried to sign Tzolis last summer but failed in their pursuit. Arsenal's interest seems genuine this time around, with sources suggesting the move could accelerate quickly.

Tzolis began his career at PAOK before spells with Norwich and Fortuna Dusseldorf. He scored 22 goals in 30 second-tier German matches, then netted 33 times across two seasons for Club Brugge. The Belgian champions won their 20th league title last term with Tzolis contributing regularly.

At around £35m, the fee represents Arsenal's intent to strengthen their frontline. The Greek international offers versatility across the attack and proven goal-scoring record in Belgium. This signing would address a clear need in Arteta's squad ahead of the new campaign.
