Arsenal will compete in the first-ever Women's Champions Cup, a new six-team global competition announced by Fifa in March. The tournament aims to boost commercial opportunities for clubs, featuring the champions from each continental confederation. This new event will run annually, except in years featuring the separate Women's Club World Cup, which begins in 2028.

The Gunners, as UEFA Women's Champions League winners, will face AS FAR of Morocco in the semi-finals. The other semi-final pits Brazilian champions Corinthians against Gotham FC. This format mirrors the old men's Club World Cup, bringing together top club champions from around the globe for the first time.

Matches will be held in London, with the semi-finals at Brentford's Gtech Community Stadium on January 28. The final and third-place play-off are scheduled for Arsenal's home, the Emirates Stadium, on February 1. The competition's future seedings will be based on performance in this inaugural edition.
