Andy Carroll has been appointed caretaker manager at Dagenham & Redbridge following the sacking of Lee Bradbury. Bradbury was dismissed eight months into his role after the Daggers' 3-2 win at Farnborough on Tuesday. The club expressed gratitude for Bradbury's professionalism but confirmed Carroll, 37, will take charge on an interim basis.

Carroll, a shareholder and player sidelined since December due to injury, faces a January 2027 trial for breaching a non-molestation order. His appointment follows the arrival of YouTuber KSI as a strategic partner and shareholder this month, who publicly declared ambitions to elevate the National League South club to the Premier League.
