NBA Western Conference Race
The Lakers secured their seventh consecutive victory Wednesday night, matching their season-best run after LeBron James delivered six emphatic dunks during the win in Houston. This surge comes as the team solidifies its playoff positioning, while across the conference, Warriors coach Steve Kerr acknowledged the cold reality that his squad is "going to be in the play-in" following their sixth loss in the last seven contests.
