Align Capital Partners' environmental control platform MKB Company has acquired Siltworm, an Indiana-based manufacturer of erosion and sediment control products, for undisclosed terms. Siltworm specializes in proprietary rolled filter products used in perimeter control, inlet protection, stockpile protection, ditch maintenance and slope interruption, utilizing a lightweight, biodegradable fill material. Siltworm founder Joe Moore will remain with the business as MKB's vice president of market development, supporting customer education, product growth and market expansion.

The transaction marks MKB's sixth acquisition since partnering with Align Capital Partners in November 2024. MKB said it will continue its acquisition strategy across the stormwater and erosion control industry. The Align Capital deal team included Matt Beesley, Chris Jones, Ross Fuller, Joe Vitale, Andrew Foster and Ryan Schmidt.
