Poly, a Dothan, Alabama-based engineering firm founded in 1959, was acquired by WSB, a portfolio company of GHG Capital Partners. The acquisition strengthens WSB's presence in the Southeast and Gulf Coast, expanding its platform to include architecture, civil and environmental engineering, and federal and military facility design. Poly brings expertise in architecture, civil and environmental engineering, geological and hydrogeological services, and federal and military facility design, including more than 130 military training ranges.

The acquisition extends WSB's presence into the Southeast and Gulf Coast, extending its presence into the Southeast and Gulf Coast. WSB now operates from more than 50 offices with more than 1,800 employees serving government, commercial and infrastructure clients nationwide.
