NFL Nation reporters selected all-time Super Bowl rosters for 23 franchises with multiple appearances, prioritizing players' Super Bowl performance over career or season success. Tom Brady appears on two rosters (Cowboys and Buccaneers) after leading Tampa Bay to victory. Deion Sanders was passed over by the Cowboys for Larry Brown, who MVP'd Super Bowl XXX. Adam Vinatieri also earned dual recognition (Patriots and Colts).
The Atlanta Falcons' Super Bowl LI roster emphasizes their dominant offensive performance, featuring Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, Devonta Freeman, and Austin Hooper. Despite the 28-3 collapse, their Super Bowl excellence drove most selections.
For Baltimore, the Ravens' championship teams (XXXV, XLVII) earned rosters anchored by Joe Flacco, Ray Lewis, Terrell Owens, and Ed Reed, with Shannon Sharpe and Rod Woodson appearing on two lists each.
ESPN will televise the Super Bowl for the first time in February 2027, with monthly Super Bowl-centric stories leading to the event.
