### Vasseur Rejects Ferrari Crisis Claims After Monza

Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur has rejected claims of an internal crisis following the Italian Grand Prix incident between Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton. Vasseur confirmed he held productive meetings with both drivers to address the on-track clash and subsequent media comments, emphasizing they "cleared things up together."

Vasseur stressed his management philosophy of protecting the team's hundreds of employees and taking personal responsibility for failures, citing his decision to send strategist Ravin Jain to the podium after the 2022 Australian GP win and his own public accountability for strategy errors. He has asked his drivers to adopt the same approach: protecting the collective effort rather than amplifying criticism publicly.

While not seeking to silence his drivers, Vasseur noted that media comments often carry unintended weight. He dismissed the narrative that the Monza incident signaled a management crisis, comparing it to other on-track battles like Kimi Antonelli's clash with George Russell. Vasseur also denied Ferrari lacks "rules of engagement," stating clear principles exist for equal treatment of their two number-one drivers, with hierarchy only emerging naturally from championship standings.
