Zep AI (YC W24) is hiring a Head of Forward Deployed Engineering to join its high-agency team building the Context Lake for AI agents. Zep provides memory across every user, domain, and agent, enabling agents to remember and reason across chat, documents, events, and business data. The Context Lake is governed and temporal, scaling to millions of context graphs per deployment. Backed by leading investors and angels from **Vercel**, **Google**, and **Airtable**, Zep serves enterprises like **Samsung**, **Zscaler**, **Twin Health**, **HoneyBook**, and **NASDAQ 100** and **Fortune 500** companies. It also builds **Graphiti**, an open-source context graph framework with **30K+ GitHub stars**.

The company is a small, distributed team that pairs on hard problems and values learning. It asks a lot of questions and expects the same: ask early, push back, and care about API users.

The role owns engineering leaders' and developers' discovery of Zep: search and answer engines, blog and website, email, and social. Founders set content strategy; agents do production.
