Their first enterprise customer, a staffing firm that searched for eight years, saw immediate results. Vela resolved their cascading interview rescheduling issues in just 10 minutes of onboarding. The platform unifies conversations across channels, merging context when someone responds via SMS to an email thread, and handles edge cases like shared devices and nickname variations.

Vela's core innovation lies in its behavioral datasets built from thousands of real interactions. The system adapts to different user segments - C-suite executives expect formal three-option proposals while truck drivers respond to casual SMS at odd hours. The platform extracts structured constraints from natural language, resolves temporal ambiguities like "next Friday," and decides when to ask clarifying questions versus inferring based on context stakes.
