SugarTrack: Offline Android Blood Sugar Logbook

SugarTrack is a free Android logbook for blood sugar that works offline, requires no account, and stores all data locally on the phone.

I created it so I wouldn’t have to fill paper forms while tracking a loved one’s glucose, and anyone in the same situation can use it. Health numbers stay personal because the app talks to no server, needs no login, and sends no readings anywhere; the database lives only on the device, even when offline.

You can log a reading with time, context such as fasting or before/after meals, an optional note, and a photo of the meal. The latest value appears on the home screen, color‑coded to your target range, and you can browse history with a trend graph, log medications and A1C results, and set a daily reminder. Export reports as PDF or CSV, choose mg/dL or mmol/L units, and set your own high/low targets.

Installation is simple: download the file, allow installations from unknown sources, tap Install, and open the app. Support the project by starring the GitHub repository, which helps motivate more offline health tools. SugarTrack is a logbook, not a meter, and not medical advice—consult a doctor for interpretation.
