Developers can now test product viability before launch using MarketFish, a new multi-agent market simulation engine. Instead of relying on single LLM predictions, MarketFish constructs digital marketplaces populated by 128 AI consumers. These agents possess distinct identities, budgets, emotions, and biases, engaging in 30 shopping rounds to simulate real-world purchasing and social influence dynamics.

This engine integrates concepts from six academic papers, including "Generative Agents" for memory and
