Iran's internet blackout has now lasted 16 days and 360 hours, according to NetBlocks, with the country in its third week of severe restrictions. The public remains largely cut off from international networks while authorities continue targeting Starlink users with arrests. Selected influencers reportedly maintain whitelisted access as state media document the crackdown.

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tehran seeks guarantees attacks won't be repeated and compensation for conflict damage before ending the war. He suggested Israel might be behind attacks on civilian targets in Arab countries to damage relations with Iran. Araghchi also warned that targeting Iran's energy facilities would prompt retaliation against American companies in the region.

Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt reported Iran's ballistic missile capability has fallen 90% and drone capability 95% since the US-Israeli campaign began. The US has sunk over 65 Iranian naval vessels and struck 6,000 targets across the country. Leavitt described the operation as a major success in preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons to threaten US troops and personnel in the region.
