DenchClaw Launches Local CRM Built on OpenClaw Framework

Kumar, co-founder of DenchClaw, has launched a local CRM tool built on top of the OpenClaw framework. The tool, which was originally called IronClaw before a naming conflict, aims to make OpenClaw more accessible by providing a practical, opinionated interface for common CRM tasks like sales automation and lead management.

DenchClaw uses DuckDB as its database backend and creates a dedicated OpenClaw profile called 'dench' that runs on port 19001. The tool includes a file tree view for navigating local files, can import data from Notion and HubSpot by scraping browser sessions, and functions as a coding agent similar to Cursor. Users can interact with it through a web interface at localhost:3100 or as a PWA on macOS.

The project emerged from the observation that while OpenClaw is powerful, users struggle with piecing together workflows. By focusing on CRM use cases and providing pre-built integrations, DenchClaw aims to be the 'Next.js of OpenClaw' - turning raw capability into something immediately useful for sales and business development teams.
