The 1940 Air Terminal Museum in Houston is liquidating three professional-grade flight simulators due to an expiring lease. The collection includes Southwest Airlines' first 737-200 simulator, a Beechcraft King Air 200, and a Hawker 700, each donated by FlightSafety between 2010 and 2012.

Each unit retails for $20k USD but requires significant logistics coordination. A 22,700-pound forklift is necessary to extract the 737-200, which blocks access to the other two simulators. Prospective buyers must arrange their own transportation and heavy lifting equipment, as the museum cannot provide these services.

The simulators have remained dormant since donation, with no power applied in over a decade. While originally functional training devices, their current operational status is unknown. Interested parties should contact the museum directly before the June deadline, as the facility must vacate the hangar at 8323 Travelair Street.
