Deputy President Michael Easton condemned Khan's 'unreasonable conduct' causing unnecessary costs. Separately, Macquarie University lecturer Gregory Baker successfully challenged casual employment laws using multiple AI agents, treating filings as a software development project with rigorous validation processes. The tribunal acknowledged AI can improve access to justice when used critically as 'one tool among many' rather than as an oracle.
