TP-Link Systems Inc. unveiled its first Wi-Fi 8 lineup at IFA 2026, led by the Archer 8 Ultra router and the Deco 8 Ultra mesh system. Built on the IEEE 802.11bn standard, the lineup pairs Wi-Fi 8 chipsets from Broadcom, Qualcomm, and MediaTek with TP-Link's U.S.-led engineering.

Wi-Fi 8 addresses real-world connectivity issues: weak edge coverage, congestion from multiple devices, and interference. TP-Link's Wi-Fi 8 StabilityEngine powers both devices with Enhanced Long Range (ELR), Distributed Resource Units (DRU), Non-Primary Channel Access (NPCA), Unequal Modulation (UEQM), and New Modulation and Coding Schemes (MCS).

Archer 8 Ultra delivers up to 19 Gbps wireless and 10 Gbps wired speeds with 18 internal antennas. Deco 8 Ultra offers up to 22 Gbps wireless and 10 Gbps wired speeds, covering up to 9,800 sq. ft. with support for over 200 devices.

Designed in California, both devices feature minimalist aesthetics meant for visible placement, combining performance with modern form.
