Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City are all monitoring Feyenoord right back Givairo Read, a 20-year-old Netherlands U21 international with four assists in seven Eredivisie appearances. Nottingham Forest and AS Roma previously submitted ~€20 million offers that came to nothing, with a January move still possible.

Manchester United are tracking Borussia Dortmund striker Serhou Guirassy as an experienced option should Joshua Zirkzee depart, while also targeting Vålerenga's 15-year-old winger Gabriel Rajkovic. Dortmund are reluctant to sell, but Guirassy's contract has under two years remaining.

Barcelona are scouting Athletico Paranaense center back Arthur Dias, with Tottenham, Newcastle, and Atlético Madrid also interested. Tottenham will not pursue free-agent Mauro Icardi, while Roma are interested in free-agent left back Raphaël Guerreiro. Arsenal could bid for Brentford's Kevin Schade, and Chelsea are tracking Strasbourg forward Conrad Harder.
