Injuries & Roster Moves
The Detroit Tigers placed starter Casey Mize on the 15-day injured list with right adductor inflammation, further straining a rotation already dealing with multiple injuries. Meanwhile, the Minnesota Twins designated struggling pitcher Simeon Woods Richardson for assignment and recalled rookie John Klein from the minors, ending Woods Richardson's tenure after posting a 6.75 ERA across five starts. Both moves reflect teams adjusting pitching staffs amid early-season struggles.
