Amundi has completed its acquisition of a 9.9 percent economic stake in ICG, including 4.9 percent of voting rights, for approximately €620 million. The investment follows a long-term strategic partnership announced in November 2025. From the third quarter of 2026, Amundi's assets under management and financial results will reflect this economic interest.

The firms have signed a 10-year agreement making Amundi the exclusive wealth-channel distributor for ICG's evergreen products outside the US, Australia and New Zealand. ICG is in turn Amundi's exclusive provider of those products for its distribution business. The first jointly developed product, an evergreen fund giving wealth investors access to ICG's LP Secondaries strategy, is set to launch in the coming weeks.

Amundi is a Paris-based asset manager and subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, managing close to €2.6 trillion in assets. ICG is a London-listed alternative asset manager with $126 billion in assets under management.
