vivo has unveiled the Watch 6 alongside the X500 series, offering two case options: titanium and stainless steel. The 45mm smartwatch features a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with 466x466 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 1.49mm bezel, 3,500-nit peak brightness, and sapphire crystal protection. It includes optical heart rate and blood oxygen sensors, accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, barometer, ambient light sensor, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual-frequency GPS, microphone, and speaker.

Running on vivo Blue OS 4.0, the device houses a 505mAh battery promising up to 21 days with light use, 6 days with Always-On Display enabled, and 4 days with eSIM connectivity. The stainless steel model is available in 'Wilderness' and 'Moonlight' colorways at CNY 999 ($149) without mobile data and CNY 1,399 ($208) with eSIM. The titanium version, only offered with mobile data, costs CNY 1,999 ($298).
