Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi is set to launch the 17C 5G smartphone in India on October 1. The Indian variant mirrors the model unveiled in Singapore last month. Key highlights include a 6.9-inch LCD display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset.

Photography features a 50MP rear sensor and an 8MP front camera. Powering the device is a massive 6,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The handset will be available in three color options: Coffee Brown, Dark Night, and Purple Dawn.
