Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 at its London Unpacked event. The Galaxy Watch 9 emphasizes comfort and health, featuring a lighter design, Qualcomm's Snapdragon Wear Elite chip, and advanced health metrics like Vitals and Heart Health Score. It offers new band options and starts at $379 for the Bluetooth model.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 continues its rugged focus with a thinner, lighter build and a shock-resistant titanium casing. It boasts a larger 800mAh battery and specialized tracking for activities like diving and trail running. The Ultra 2 is IP69K and 10 ATM certified, with a dedicated Diving app planned for 2026. It is priced at $699.

Both new smartwatches are available for pre-order starting July 22, with a full market launch on August 7. Samsung is also offering trials for Strava and iFIT with purchases of either watch.
