Abbas Sajwani, son of Emirati billionaire Hussain Sajwani, is nearing a deal to buy The Holme in Regent’s Park, London, for about £190mn. The 40-bedroom mansion was previously owned by Saudi royals and later by an anonymous buyer who paid £139mn less than two years ago. Located near the US ambassador’s residence, the property features a four-acre private garden and is held on a long lease from the Crown Estate.

Hussain Sajwani, a longtime business partner of Donald Trump, has known the US president since 2011, when their companies collaborated on a Middle East golf course. He has also invested in Elon Musk’s SpaceX and xAI. His wealth has tripled since 2024 to $15.3bn, according to Forbes. Abbas, 26, is described as the youngest billionaire in global real estate and leads Dubai-based AHS Properties, which recently acquired the Shangri-La hotel for $300mn.

UK Sotheby’s International Realty is involved in the transaction. The sale, while record-breaking, is still below the £275mn paid for Nick Candy’s Chelsea mansion earlier this year. Neither Sajwani nor Trump responded to requests for comment.
