Caroline Dubois is targeting an undisputed championship fight with American rival Alycia Baumgardner next year. Dubois, the unified WBC and WBO 135lb champion, expects to face the winner of the IBF lightweight world title bout between Elif Nur Turhan and Baumgardner. Baumgardner will challenge Turhan for the IBF title live on Sky Sports in the early hours of Monday, November 9.

Dubois recently successfully defended her titles against Amelia Moore in Birmingham and immediately engaged Baumgardner in a war of words. Dubois claims Baumgardner is "jealous" and "threatened" by her talent, stating, "When she looks at me I know that she sees a younger, better, stronger, more talented, more everything better than her." Dubois insists she wants to become undisputed and is targeting Stephanie Han, the WBA belt-holder, next. She expressed hope that Baumgardner wins the November 9 fight so she can face the winner.

Dubois remains focused on unifying the division, calling it her "dream," and believes the path to undisputed status is now clear.
