Arsenal defender Emily Fox has signed a new contract with the Women's Super League club. The 28-year-old USA international joined the Gunners from North Carolina Courage in January 2024 and has made 93 appearances, scoring three goals. She was nominated for the Ballon d'Or in 2025.

In an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, Fox said: "It was easy - I love the club. I'm being challenged in a competitive environment and it's my second home. A very easy decision to want to stay. I've got a mindset to get better and more to prove."

Sky Sports' Laura Hunter praised Fox as "one of the most consistent full-backs in the league since joining in 2024," noting her blend of modern attacking threat and traditional defensive reliability. Hunter highlighted Fox's progressive possession play and described her as an "important stabilising figure" for manager Renee Slegers as Arsenal establish rhythm early in the season.
