Revolut Eyes London and New York Dual Listing

Revolut cofounder and CEO Nik Storonsky has said the company is considering a dual stock market listing in London and New York.

"If we do a listing, then great, that's an option for us to consider. We have not made any decision yet," Storonsky said. "We think it makes sense to be listed in both the UK and the US, as it gives investors more choice. Obviously, we will see what happens with the markets."

Recent reports suggest that Revolut is working with Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan to prepare for a potential public offering. The fintech firm has been expanding rapidly across Europe and the US, and a dual listing would mark one of the largest IPOs by a UK-based fintech.

Revolut previously raised $800 million in funding earlier this year, valuing the company at $33 billion. A public listing could provide further capital to support its global expansion plans.
